Abstract

Penelitian dalam tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana relasi penerapan 5 pilar tata kelola yang baik ( Good Corporate Governance ) sebagai indikator kesehatan gereja lokal GBI Filemon dan GBI Kampung Sawah dan bagaimana tata kelola yang baik ( Good Corporate Governance ) meningkatkan pertumbuhan jemaat gereja di era postmodern . Untuk mencapai maksud tersebut, peneliti mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dikumpulkan dari pendeta, pengurus dan jemaat dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Instrument penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri. Tehnik analisis data kualitatif menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan 5 pilar tata kelola yang baik (Good Corporate Governance ) dapat diterapkan pada lingkungan gereja GBI Filemon dan GBI Kampung Sawah. Dampak dari penerapan tata kelola yang baik ( Good Corporate Governance ) secara konsisten dapat meningkatkan kesehatan gereja dan pertumbuhan jemaat.
